The lack of a value for a grade means that its value is little more than face, or, in the case of silver and gold, bullion value.
Other forms such as platinum proofs do exist for some dates. In the case of proof or silver proof coins a listing above does not necessarily mean that it exists in that form (it is difficult to be certain one way or the other in some cases, especially when the decision to proceed with an issue took place after the Proof Sets had been produced).
